How to Plan a Spa Day in Sharm El Sheikh

Spa Day Sharm El Sheikh

A spa day in Sharm El Sheikh can be a single appointment or a longer combination of treatments. Start with the time you have available, choose the experience you want, and confirm the practical details before arranging the rest of your day.

At Solo Spa, you can compare individual treatments with the spa package menu. Booking a “spa day” does not automatically mean all-day facility access or unlimited treatments; ask exactly what your selection includes.

Plan around the time you have

The published Turkish Bath, VIP and Royal packages run for 90, 120 and 150 minutes respectively. Those are package durations, not the duration of every massage. Add time for check-in, changing and your journeys before deciding whether a package fits your schedule.

If you only want one treatment, ask about the available session lengths rather than booking a larger combination you do not need. Our guide to choosing a spa package explains the main differences.

Choose the main experience first

For a massage-led visit, start with the Swedish massage service or compare the other massage styles on the treatment menu. Tell the team what pressure and atmosphere you prefer.

For a bath-led visit, read about the Turkish bath ritual. Ask which cleansing, scrub, foam and massage stages are included in your selected option. Do not assume that every treatment mentioned on the website comes with every package.

Arrange a shared visit carefully

If you are visiting as a couple or with a friend, explain whether you want treatments together, at matching times or simply on the same day. Confirm the room arrangement and a total quote for both guests. The first couples massage guide covers questions that help both guests prepare.

Confirm the order and what to bring

Ask the team to explain the treatment sequence for your specific booking, including any breaks and changing requirements. Confirm what clothing, towels or other items are provided and what you should bring. Any products, drinks or extras should be checked against the actual package rather than assumed.

Leave room in your itinerary

Share your dinner reservation, excursion departure or airport transfer time when arranging the appointment. Ask when the complete visit should finish, including changing. On a departure day, keep the airport journey and airline check-in requirements separate from the spa schedule.

Solo Spa lists an Il Mercato branch in Hadaba and a branch in Nabq. Use the contact and location page to confirm which branch you will visit. If hotel transport is arranged, confirm the pickup point, time, return journey and any conditions.
