- By accessing solospasharm.net, submitting a booking request, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Pricing
- Solo Spa offers spa treatments, packages, and wellness programs as described on our website.
- Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required.
- We reserve the right to update prices; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your reservation.
- Treatment descriptions are indicative; minor variations may apply based on guest needs and therapist assessment.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Solo Spa (email or message).
- Online payments are processed securely through Commercial International Bank (CIB).
- You must provide accurate contact and payment information.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and payment, or have parental/guardian consent.
- Agreeing to our Cancellation & Refund Policy is required before completing payment.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, or medications relevant to your treatment.
- Follow therapist instructions and spa house rules at all times.
- Solo Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or poses a health or safety risk.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Spa treatments are for relaxation and wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before booking.
- Solo Spa is not liable for adverse reactions not disclosed by the guest prior to treatment.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Refunds for card payments are processed back to the original card via CIB; cash refunds are not available for card transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Solo Spa or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Spa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa.
9. Force Majeure
- Solo Spa is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, power outages, or civil unrest.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
